Updates to the alumni section of Web site The department is currently working on updates to the department Web site. Some of these changes effect the alumni portion of the site. There is now a section that allows alumni to submit news item. Select theAlumni News tab and then the Submit News Item tab. Complete the form and submit the information. To prevent spam, the submitted information will be reviewed and then posted to the Web site. Department developing an Alumni Advisory Board The department is looking to increase the participation of alumni in the planning and evaluation of the department's programs. The first step in this process is the creation of an Alumni Advisory Board. The Alumni Advisory Board will meet twice a year and serve as a sounding board for planning and to provide input into the department's future directions. We will post more information about the board as it develops. If you would like more information, contact the department chair at mgborzi@eiu.edu for more information. The department will sponsor several events that alumni are invited to this year. So, mark your calendars now.
